Re: Norman Walker - the man!

Paul Bragg and Norman Walker started their lives in a pesticide-free, chemical-free environment. People were naturally healthier. It cannot be compared with what we have nowadays.
Although Bragg used to eat unhealthily till he reached his 20’s, he changed his way of life completely and started to fast every week. His long fasts, active lifestyle and mini-portions of natural foods made him superior to others of his age. He would occasionally eat meat. Also, Bragg was very well financially supported and could arrange the healthiest conditions for his body wherever he would live or travel to. This cannot be the case of the majority.
I’ve been a vegetarian for 6 years but only because I felt it was healthier for my own body without meat.
But I find it so wrong when they say that to kill animals is violence or when they call it “eating dead flesh”. This is wrong. A human being is part of animal and plant world and was designed to satisfy hunger with both animal flesh and plant-based foods. Choose what's healthier for your own situation. If man was not supposed to eat meat at all, God would not put so many animals on Earth.
Eating or not eating meat is not a guarantee of long and healthy life. Eat meat but cleanse and exercise.
To call people "dead flesh eaters" or express negativity towards vegetarians is disrespectful and unfair.
