Dear Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) and Aspartame sufferers,
I am sorry but I cannot go on with these posts. I have very little time as there are lots of projects I have to complete now I am well.

I wanted to share with others the information that helped me to regain my health. I have nothing else to add.
