the spacing of doses

"In some of the literature...the author was saying that if you were having bad nausea when taking 7 drops...to cut back to one or 2 drops a dose, waiting one hour, and doing the same thing again..and continuing until reacing 7 or more."

Not sure where that info comes from and after reading it several times, it still does not quite make sense to me...


So just to clarify - what most people here are doing, and what my understanding is, is to take the dose twice a day about 12 hours apart (so it works out to take one in the morning and another before bed).

The chlorine dioxide works on time-release cycle, that lasts about 12 hours, so this way you get the body supplied with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement in more balanced and consistent fashion.
