Personally I don't care to understand. I am a right brained, creative, artistic type who throughly enjoys Science fiction, but doesn't have a clue about Science fact. Most of what is said in most of CZ forums goes straight over my head. All I know or even care about is how I feel. If it works and makes me feel better, great!

For me it's a matter of trust. I know that the "experts" on these forums are very intelligent, well educated individuals who do loads of research, and I trust their judgment. That doesn't mean that I don't do a lot of research of my own, and do lots of reading before I decide to ingest some substance that I have never heard of before. But most of research ends up being anecdotal. If I see that something has worked for someone with similar problems to me, I will try it.

I guess what I am trying to say, is what I lack in scientific knowledge I more than make up for with faith and good old fashioned intuition. Tweet
