Well, I've been changing slowly...
...Too slowly, really, but progressing.
I tried the pendulum testing several times, and nothing happened. Gloom.
Gave it up.
Probably I shouldn't have. I've had success many times in my life with telling myself that I will find something that's lost, or that I'll remember something I've forgotten.
Since I'm getting stronger, maybe I could keep at the pendulum thingy, shoring up my ability to do it successfully with affirmation statements.
I know when I concentrate on a particular task or study, I find myself thinking about it, or dreaming, at odd moments. It seems to help.
Also, I'm quite sure that 'additives' in commercially prepared foods is at the bottom of my problems. (Too personal to mention; but very annoying.)
My indescretions are becoming fewer and farther between, thank goodness, and when I do slip, my symptoms are aggravated.
I've also been working on the idea that we can bless our food, and avoid toxics that way. After all, some people have been blessing their food for a few hundred years...maybe they had good reason.
Has anyone else tried anything?
...Maybe cutting down on commercially prepared foods? ...Testing in some way?
Any stories to tell? ...Or questions to ask?
