True, I am on Fevarin (don't know if you have it in the US, perhaps it's listed under another name, I could find that out if you want me to). It's certainly helpful. But once you are on, you have to stay on them for at least six months, preferably a year. But I'm doing okay now, no more heavy mood swings and more self control.
