Just got the brown pee this morning.

was doing Lugols at 50 mg for 3 weeks. Nothing. Even kept my urine in a milk jug for awhile and it was clear, no sediment.

Then I water fasted for a week (no iodine). First day after the fast (yesterday) I took 25 mg Lugols and this morning the brown sediment appeared. Prostate burned like fire. I had similar results before Iodine with fasting only.

So now I'm kind of "tag teaming" the fasting and lugols.

I would LOVE to know what exactly was in the sediment.

Too bad our trillion dollar medical system can't help.
