Dear trapper/kcmo,
There are lists of the names of
Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) around on the internet and I posted one recently.

The real problem is that the label doesn't always disclose the whole truth.
Also the hidden
Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) is also in chemicals used to grow vegetables (like AuxiGro) and in liquids sprayed on fresh produce in supermarkets to help them stay "fresh"!
I do not live in the USA so it is not possible for me to test manufactured products for sale over there, and not possible either to test the vegetables you have just bought! I barely have the time to test my own food!
This is the approach which has been taken by
Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) sufferers up to now : point the finger to the different brands.
It has helped me a lot to read about the experience of other people. But now we are in a new age : there is SO MUCH MSG around that it has become nearly impossible to make a list of products containing MSG.
It has also become impossible to make a list of its different names, because that list is not engraved in stone. Every month the MSG poisoners invent new ways to spread their poison around.
You'll have to learn to do this YOURSELF!
Trust me, your body knows the stuff!
Trust yourself, rather, should I say.
Your post reminds me of a post by Zapp

Why would you want to poison your dog, which I hope you cherish and is your friend, make it mad with excitotoxins!
Only because you think a dog has more sense in choosing its food that you have.
Well, I don't believe that.
The MSG poisoners don't believe that either. They KNOW that once addicted you will always choose the poisoned stuff in the supermarket.
Give it a try yoursef! And if you are blind and discover something about the "pushing out your strength" method please help us do it too.
Good luck and best of health :) :) :)
