The video was a montage of the following movies:

Un chien andalou(Luis Buñuel, Salvador Dali/1929), L´Age d´Or (Luis Buñuel/1930), Le sang d'un poète (Jean Cocteau/1930) edition: Daniel Barros

And I bet if Wombat was around she'd probably know the other video I'm trying to find. The opening of the video is the 'eye scene' from Un Chien Andalou...and the video I posted ends at about the point where the other video that I'm looking for picks up.
