I am toxic.... would I detox first before the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ? or just do mms and TRUCK through it.

MMS is an excellent way to detox. Just start out with one drop and slowly increase until you get a little sick. Then drop back a few drops and stay there for a few days.



You also were the one that mentioned citric acid loading. I do not have heart problems but am NOT CLOSE TO 30. Is two weeks citric acid loading enough???

I think may be talking about vitamin C which contains ascorbic acid . Humble says Miracle-Mineral-Supplement removes plaque from the heart ateries. The plaque is often supporting the arteries as they are brittle from lack of vitamin C. When the plaque is removed heart trouble can occur if you have a body low on vitamin C.
