Re: HELP - Cheating on MC - not bad cheating though
I don't exactly know how to answer your question but I will say this. Eating anything is definitely a set back. It turns your digestive system back on which slows the healing/cleaning abilities of your organs and makes you feel hungry. The
Master-Cleanse is a journey toward health so I suggest you just keep going.
You can boil water and toss in whatever type pasta and you know that in so many minutes you can expect them to be done. As far as time, our bodies are not pasta. Instead we are more like turkeys. The cooking time for turkeys is much more like a guideline. You need to use a thermometer (or those funny pop up thingies) to see for sure if it's done. With the
Master-Cleanse we use symptoms like fuzzy white tongues to gauge our progress.
Only you can decide if you are going to start your time over. Think of the past few days. Did you see detox symptoms? If so they show progress. In my opinion counting days is just a way to keep ourselves motivated. No matter how long you fast you are doing something fabulous for your body. The longer you follow the plan the more potent that progress.
So, do you have it in to you to restart ten days or do you have commitments that would make that difficult? Can you jump back on the wagon and go as long as you can, maybe to finish the ten days you started or to keep going if you feel up to it?
Let us know what you decide,
Peanut
