First of all Barefoot, MH or whatever else you wish to be called, I'm new to this forum. I also didn't realise your name was such a secret, seeing as you have a business and all. If I'd have known then I wouldn't have posted your first name.

Now what is all this out of control talk from you? If anyone is out of control it is yourself and it's been commented on in the egg section by someone else as you probably know.

There was nothing wrong with my original post about Egg's.

I tell you what MH/BAREFOOT you think you have all the answers right? Well why don't you set up a debate with Dr Kurt Donsbach? I'm quite sure he could counter most of this anti-animal talk. Seems many have feared debating him on the topic, I wonder why? People can make very good cases for themselves with what they wish to hear. This is why two sides of the story should be heard and then decided upon.

Look MH/BAREFOOT I followed all this anti-animal and saturated fats. I've done it all and what I'm doing now has given me far excelling health. Initally on the other methods I did well and felt fantastic but after a while this went down somewhat. I came out with a few problems due to the lifestyle. Since changing to just eating 2 eggs max a day for like 3-4 days a week and taking lovely saturated Virgin Coconut Oil well it's amazing. You can see the difference in my looks, face and everything. I've totally attacked people who've spoken like myself now. I've riddiculed them to death for them trying to help me see further. I wish I had not and if only I could remember them now, I'd apologise to them. One person I attacked was legendary Water Faster, Dr Stanley S. Bass. I attacked him for his talk on animal fats and so forth. He was correct and well I always knew his Water Fasting was bang on amazing and truthful as I've done it all. Theres not just me who's changed like this, theres many more. Yes Kurt is big into supplements so you'll attack him there I'm sure but alas he's cured many many seriously ill Cancer patients at his hospital. Kurt also has some tremendous new treatments like Sonar Dynamics and so forth. I do not agree 100% with Kurt either and the same for Christopher. If you can utilise both then you're superior. It's all about open minds. Again it's time to disagree with one another for now, I hope one day we can agree somewhat.

I do not follow any religious texts like Dr Christopher as I know it's true creators and it wasn't God and this includes the Torah. This is such an hypocrite word as it means truth and it's far from it. I look at things with much common sense these days and study people and their habits. I do not just take any longer what someone is telling me. I've learn't theres many devious people out there. I've also learn't theres many genuine people almost correct. I can also educate you on the true people in control of the Medical establishment you also detest. So please do not try to put me down again with your out of control temper which showed.

By the way if you're annoyed about me pointing out theres no such thing as hiv and it can be proven to be so then thats not my fault.  I do not wish to live within a small illusional prison and I'd rather people didn't have to either.  So this is why I've commented on your comments of hiv bombs which have most definately come from intelligence agency agents up t their usual tricks of deceit on people outside their circle.  Also I just had to speak about Constantine!  Again simply common sense and lack of fear.

I will continue to have my organic chuckie eggs and enjoy them and my health.

Hope your health continues with your methods which in my case do not suit me and it's not about detox/herxheimer.
