Re: DAY 4 - water and pepermint tea

You shouldn't need a colonic, I'd give your body a chance to get going first, it will do just as good a job on it's own. I wouldn't expect much to be stuck in there anyway since you eat mostly raw foods.

I think you mentioned in an earlier post you thought that fat only went to the stomach after everywhere else is full. I don't think that is the case at all. I think people store fat in different places, how the place is determined I have no idea- possibly genetics everyone is blaming that these days. But obviously some people store it on their hips, some thighs, legs, arms, wherever. I've always had skinnier arms and legs than stomach, that is the first to pop out and the last to go when losing weight, it sounds like you are the same. I've also been fully active, doing 80+ situps every day for several years while going for my black belt and after with an A fitness level and I've never had a flat stomach! Never even got close to the fabled six pack as they call it here in Australia, there has always been flab on top. My sister was bulemic for several years and stated that she could never get rid of that little pot no matter how disciplined she became and it always spurred her on to greater feats of self control. So maybe there is some truth to it's being genetic, in any case it could be a bit tormenting to be constantly trying to get from our body what it isn't able to provide. Just a thought, I'm sure with your fitness level your body is perfect in just about every other way, don't let it's way of storing food upset you too much. After all it could be a lot worse. My binge eating had me carrying a very large medicine ball around in my belly for about 5 years!

Andrew.
