Re: Recording a Fast

I find it helpful knowing where someone starts from and where they end up. I plan on doing a Water Fast in the future primarily based upon the results people have mentioned. I don't have any major health issues other than I can't catch while my son pitches anymore (I can't adjust my bi-foculs quick enough when he throws a fast ball).

I'm going to start a Liver Flush tomorrow, and those things appear to take up to six months to get through depending upon how bad someone is. I suppose I should have tried a Water Fast first, but being 56, the detoxification of my body probably would qualify for a grant from the EPA as a toxic waste cleanup site.
