No debate here grz! Same here, been there done that ,that is why this is posted here! Too much talk about mineral uptake with no real Science to reference it!
I like and respect guys like DR Schultz and Christopher for thier herbal knowledge
but lets face it they have a motive to beleive that inorganic(a misnomer)minerals are not effective, but fortunately the proof is in the pudding(sorry if people don't like this misquote) and to many have had positive results to except the professional unscientific baises floating in the air like fragile one winged doves ,easy targets
