Sebaceous cyst in my groin! Help Please! Had 3 surgeries and it's back again =(

I am desperate! I have a reocurring sebaceous cyst in my groin area; more like my genital area but closer towards the beginning of my leg. I have had 3 surgeries, (full surgeries/general anesthesia) in the past 3 years and this thing is back again! I really need someone to shed some light please. I am willing to try anything! Any doctors you can recommend that you know can get rid of it? I am amazed at how in this day and age THREE different doctors have not been able to get rid of something so simple! I am a Female/29 years old and am in South Florida. Please help!
