I don't know much about Swanson but I'll look into them. Without scientific data I'd consider Soil Organisms to be something that's potentially helpful but not something that I'd want to keep paying a premium for. That's why I've decided not to keep taking Primal Defense. IMO, Primal Defense is way overpriced without some kind of assurance that the soil organisms are beneficial and worth the extra money.
The Swanson product is much less expensive and they don't need to use the soil organisms to justify the price. It's just a matter of whether their bacteria count is as advertised.
