Good luck. Fasting is said to be excellent for PMS, anemia, and IBS. You're doing the right thing. Forget the cleanses, etc. Fasting is the holy grail.

You should try water only. Don't do the teas if possible, and for sure cut the supplements! Your body doesn't need them while fasting.

Occasionally I'll put a little ACV in my water or chew some gum because your mouth will be dry and taste like sludge.

Follow your week fast with a short juice fast of 4-7 days and you will continue the healing and weight loss as well as prepare yourself for solid food.

I think you will be very happy with the results, even if it's only a week fast. You can always do another later. I'm going to try to do 1 week a month for awhile until I get well.
