Re: Need some dental/OP advise..
I had a tooth under a bridge that they said needed a root canal, and I couldn't chew anything without horrible pain. I started oilpulling for a month then it hurt really bad for a few days and after that it didn't hurt anymore. I chewed on it for quite a while and was okay then the whole bridge came off and the dentist said the infection came out by popping the bridge off. There was only a stump of a tooth left from the bridge that he could not even pull it. He sent me to a oral surgeon who could not get me in for another couple of months. i oilpulled all that time and had no pain and no problem. I went for my appointment at the end of that time to have the tooth pulled as planned. If I had to do it over again I would of had the oral surgeon take another xray to see if the infection that made my bridge fall off had cleared and if the tooth root had healed itself, as I had no pain and felt fine all that time before he pulled it. I truly believe the oilpulling healed it and I made a mistake by having it pulled without another xray to verify it was still in need of a
root canal or to be pulled. Then I could of just had another bridge put on. There is no hurry. I wish I had did things differently. I hope you don't make the same mistake I did. I oilpull regularly now with sesame oil, sometimes sunflower oil. It has kept me away from the dentist and I don't believe I'll ever go back to them again if I can help it. Oilpulling works slow and steady but it does work if one is patient enough the rewards are so worth it. I also rinse with
Sea Salt water and baking soda, 1/2 tspn of each in 1/2 glass of purified water which I warm up. The other wonderful results I have recieved from oilpulling are more than icing on the cake. My allergies have totally gone away, no more plaque buildup on teeth. Wrinkles hardly noticeable, skin plumped up, complexion so much better. More relaxed, as used to have much anxiety and panic attacks. This is all IMHO. This is a health protocol that's a keeper.
