metals removal
How did I miss this forum? I see it is not active; so, I guess that is the reason.
Well, here goes.
Since distilled water should be void of minerals, I'm wondering if it will help in removing metals that have been chelated by other health protocols. I don't mean the ones that bind the metals to keep the body safe while they are being evacuated. I was doing the
Iodine therapy protocol and now the
Miracle-Mineral-Supplement protocol. During this process, I've tried to take chlorella; thinking that it would bind metals that have been caused to free float throughout the body. Or will distilled water just rush the process through the kidneys and that route. That would be okay too.
I've heard myths of distilled water leaching much required minerals from body organs. I do not believe this. I do believe that distilled water will help flush excess minerals. However, I wonder if it will flush these excesses while they are in the bloodstream; or if it has to wait until they get to the kidney.
I won't be embarrassed, if I haven't made myself clear or show my ignorance. I have lots of experience with that.
