You did not say how many drops of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement you took for those 4 days. My experience is that my constipation was cleared on my 6th day of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement at 12 drops. I would normally have to take casgara sagrada and other herbs to keep my lifelong constipation in check. Sometimes extra fiber would help. On my 6th day, I had diarrhea. I can't remember when I've ever had that; and certainly not at that level. It just so happened that my stomach had the same purge on the same day at nearly the same time.

I can say that Miracle-Mineral-Supplement can clear up constipation. I hope it will clear up the cause as well.

So, don't give up.
