Why is Baking Soda not good to alkalize the body?

I've just started reading some of the posts on this forum and alot of what you say seems to make sense. But I have had succes with baking soda helping me alkalize and don't understand your bias against it to use continuously when needed to alkalize. Could you please explain. Thank you. Tweet
