You probably have toxins trapped in your sinus from the marijuana. The sinus goes all the way behind the nose and eyes. Try some saunas and a cleansing diet. Maybe that will help clean it out.

Also, I've heard the liver is related to the eyes in Chinese medicine. You may have toxins trapped in your liver from the drug use. Here is an article on the Liver. Look for the section on eyes.

Heavy metals may also be an issue, as cadmium is in tobbaco and marijuana smoke.

Sounds like you should find a good Naturopath to help you cleanse.

I would also recommend using a far-infrared sauna and clay pack detoxification with zeolite or pascalite. I've used these tools to great benefit to help clear toxins from my body.
