For me my Acne was linked to a few things; wheat, dairy, usingtoxic chemicals such as all the horrible topical Acne medications out there, it took me a long time to detox from all of those i was using previously. The biggest thing though is that i'm hypoglycemic so i react badly to sugar, even natural sugars in fruit. I find that when i eat only vegetables, nuts, legumes, with limited fruit, my Acne gets under control right away.
