A True Ghost Story for Christmas

This happened 2 nights ago in Sussex England.
A friend works in a converted old farm dairy building, surrounded by fields.The company works with clients in California, and employees often work through our night, because of the time difference. A young employee arrived at about half past midnight and parked his car outside the dairy building. As he walked to the door, getting out his keys, in the moonlight, he saw a man dressed in white running across the field towards him. The vision ran into his parked car and disappeared.
Very frightened, the young man put his key into the [new] yale type lock. As he did so a man's hand reached over his shoulder and turned the [old] dairy door handle. When he looked round, there was no-one there. His employer who was not frightened, and has several psychic experiences, stood outside for some time hoping to make contact but nothing came forward.
I offer no explanation - I'm sure readers will draw their own conclusions.
