I read 50% of people with MS have pyroluria.

I've read quite a lot about MS diagnoses, and from what I have gathered, the best test is simply, stand with your feet together, close your eyes, and if you sway from side to side, losing your balance its a good indicator of MS. With regards to the MRI, spinal tap and various other neurological, blood tests etc, they are really just a way of eliminating the possibility its another disease - such as ALS, Lymes etc.

I've been researching on behalf of my mum who has MS. Recently I have found I have pyroluria. There is a genetic link here. This is still controversial and not completely accepted in medical diagnoses. Carl Pfeiffer, had lots of success treating people with mental illness with simple B6 and Zinc supplementation. Apparently, 50% of people with MS have pyroluria. Might be somehting to look into. Though the pfieffer institute focus on Autism and mental illness, it doesn't mean that this isn't also linked.
