When taking the baking soda, lay on your back, both sides and stomach and sip the baking soda water. 5 min on each side for a total of 20 min. You may want to get some colostrum and mix it with a greens drink(I suggest New Greens).
I do the baking soda also because I have esophagitis, seems to help my stomach too though.
Reason I have stomach problems:
5 years ago came down as a carrier for salmonella... slow took over my body, until its toxins invaded my brain and I couldn't think(altered reality kind of thing). At this time went down to my Aunt, who is a doctor and had a bunch of tests done and they found out I had Salmonella, put me on Cipro for 3 weeks, helped but my digestive system hasn't been the same since.
