Although Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is different than plain bleach molecules, the principle is the same that we read in JH's book: Oxidation.

this article is worth reading because if the immune system can use Chlorine, with the aid of complex organic chemistry, and without the direct toxic effects of plain Chlorine Bleach, this suggests that the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is really not so foreign in its interaction with the body. And most importantly, the oxidative effects of these substances is re-confirmed as an excellent pathogen killer.

I have to add, that Miracle-Mineral-Supplement may be even better, because it is a "selective oxidizer" based on PH. Maybe bleach, within the complex immune chemistry paths, might also be somehow selective.

But as far as I've research, the good thing about MMS is that, so far, it is not known to raise the potential dangers that the article references about chlorine bleach.
