One Pupil more dilated than the other

Hi Everyone,

not sure how active this forum is but I have had this for the last few weeks now that I have noticed. One of my pupils seems to dilate about 20-30% more than the other one. The left one.

Can anyone tell me what it means as I don't see this very often.
