Re: Babirye

Hi Babirye:

Thank you for sharing your story. I found it interesting and no I didn't fall asleep. lol!

"Rabbitears, a few years ago, when I became really ill to the point I could no longer ignore it, I had a bizarre dream. I dreamt that one of my ears had morphed into a worm. I didn't pay too much attention to the dream."

Worm dreams are common and I'm not surprised that you had it. I had one too!

"I started with a battery of tests with the allopathic folks: countless blood profiles, visits to every specialist imaginable, CT scans, MRIs etc.. You name it I had it done. I felt ill beyond belief, despite what they considered to be more of a functional problem than a diagnosable condition - that's when I knew I was in trouble."

It is too bad that this is a common theme... so many people going through this.

"We learn things along the way. One thing that I don't see mentioned in any of the parasite cleanse protocols is to have 'decent' digestion before starting a parasite cleanse. You need to absorb the herbs in order for them to work."

True. It certainly helps more than people realize. On the P Forum it is sometimes mentioned but not enough. The biggest problem is that parasites are a major cause for poor digestion and constipation. Undigested foods are often associated with parasites. This becomes a Catch-22 to a large degree.

"Rabbitears, I visited your site. That's really great what you offer. It'd be great to know what to do with results once you have them. Still in search of a Dr. that can help me with this. I get so tired of even Alternative Doctors not believing me that I stop believing in them. And, there you have it. I'm left to figure this out on my own."

Once the results are in your possession, you have choices because it is proof that "something" is the cause for your ill-health. How can anyone help you if no one has a starting point or have relied on faulty lab testing that show negative results? In many ways, Alt Doctors are forced to view and treat problems like allopathic doctors -- at least, this is my observation.

Finding someone that you can rely on -- implicit trust -- is important. It is an important factor I believe as a practitioner. The trust and openness must flow both ways in order for healing to work completely. Otherwise, what's the point and in the end you've wasted a lot of valuable time.

There is someone in N. Cal that might be able to help... not sure. Regardless of who you decide to go with, you'll need to have results in hand.
