Re: Kidneys

dehydration? it was probably drought which brought about the condition in the first place. i have had this before from repetitive work on a job and i can look back and see it was dehydration which started it. then it was using those muscles over and over again which made it worse. by the time i had to quit almost in tears, no pain meds would touch it. it hurt and all i could do was remain still.

i have a high tolerence for pain anyway, so by the time i was telling the doctor about it, words could not convey and i was able to manage not moving it and when i described it the doc would look at me funny like he didnt believe me. i dont think i have ever had a good experience with a doctor.

anyway, the increased flow from the kidneys is probably not being made up by drinking more. try the water cure or the salt flush.
