Wow! Small forum :(

Wow, compared to the others, this is such a small forum. Just shows how little some think at times about how important the element of forgivness is.

This is a copy of a post I made on the Liver Flush Forum that I realized probably fit better here.




One of the most amazing discoveries I have made in the last 5 monthis is just how connected my spirit is to my liver. When I realized how oppressed my spirit was it made prefect sense to me why my body was in such poor health. My detoxification has included not just physical but spiritual regimines as well. One of the first things I noticed was how much TV was affecting me and I immediatly decided to stop watching the shows that I felt were polluting my spirit and also therby polluting my body. I now watch only things that make my spirit soar or that will not affect me in a negetively emotional way. It was very hard because I really like some of those shows, but I realize in essence, they dont like me :) It worked WONDERS, and in a very short time!!!!

I have adopted the song "Heart of the Matter" by Don Henley as my mantra song to learn to let go :) There are many other spiritual songs that I hold on to also, but this one seems to hit home for me as one who has had a hard time letting go of a lost love (even though I have been married to someone else for 7 years). The heart loves who the heart loves and learning to make the right place in one's heart for the past in so important! Its a lesson I learn over and over..and over :)

Forgivness and purity are key (in my book) to healing the liver, the heart, the soul and the mind.
