I've been missing this forum, too.

Last week I was up in Jeffersonville, Vermont all week skiing with my family. I was able to check the forum 2 or 3 times. On Monday of this week, we went back up to Ludlow, Vermont skiing again ... no email this week.

We like to ski ... lol.

As far as your detox, I am not sure what the details are ... I am trying to get caught up on the forum now.
