In my case it means that I am shooting for 17 drops, eventually.

17 * .87 = 14.5
(glass bottle drops * tested ratio = plastic bottle drops)

No worries though. I'm still going to target 15 drops x 2 for a week or two in the near term. I think it's so close that it's not very significant, but I think it depends on the dropper. Beware of any different bottle packaging, I think is the warning. Tweet
