Acne cured.

I used to eat nothing but beef and potatoes b/c I thought it was the traditional American diet. I was afraid that I would get weak if I didn't, b/c I thought meat was the only real source of protein.

After learning about the blood types I quit eating meat immediately and bought soymilk, tofu, nuts, pumpkin seeds, etc. It's been 3 days and I can't believe the difference it has made. My Acne is now under control, whereas before I was breaking out so much I couldn't even keep track of the new places I was breaking out.

I still have like 7 mercury fillings I can't imagine the difference it will make once I finally get those things out as well. But at least for now I have regained a substantial degree of control over my condition and I don't feel weak and sluggish all day long from constantly eating beef stews, steak, etc. Every time I ate those things I could never satisfy my hunger, now I know why.
