I just got some Morningstar Mins, the liquid and the capsules. To "help your body absorb nutrients" how do you take it, once a day or split up or ?? I was thinking about putting it in my daily water. I read mins are best absorbed on an empty stomach so I take water with trace minerals in the morning.
I use reverse osmosis water, do you think that pulls out minerals too? I believe that I am deficient in minerals but it doesn't seem to be a quicky cure so much as you just need to supplement them for a long long time, unfortunately. One thing I have noticed is when I supplement minerals I no longer have chapped lips, cracked heels and dry skin. When I stop taking minerals they come back again.
