If you will forgive a simplistic question...have you seen a list of foods rich in Glutathione (GSH) precursers (if I have it right), and other foods containing necessary elements to detoxify the body?
Probably there are many who would benefit from such a list.
If people are caught lacking the money needed to remove
Amalgams and to cleanse with supplements, or even the difficulty of finding a holistic dentist, they could at least benefit to a degree by growing/buying the foods needed.
So far, I haven't read enough on CureZone to find a comprehensive list...though I did find four foods cited as being rich in Glutathione. I wrote them on a chit, but the chit is buried in the papers on my desk.
The only one I can remember is okra, which I have been eating often...raw.
Would Dr. Johanna Budwig's diet be similar?
I am having some success with cottage cheese and freshly-ground flax seeds, and hemp seed hearts. Now thinking to have the flax seeds whole, for I know the gel material comes out during a little cooking. Perhaps there is more, in digestion. I'll experiment.
Any hints would be greatly appreciated.
