MMS proven safe?

I am having a very hard time finding safety information regarding Miracle-Mineral-Supplement on the web. Even the miraclemineral.org site has very little information regarding the safety of this supplement. Obviously the fact that it has clorine in it and its components have been used for industrial purposes is a little disconcerting.

Does anyone know if that has conclusively been PROVEN to be 100% safe?

I would hate to use this now and find out later that some kind of delayed chemical reaction can occur in the body and cause damage.
