Liver cysts

Presently with right abdominal pain. the ultrusound findings was that my liver is normal in size and demontrates multiple approximately 1.0cm hypoechoic foci in the right lobe which may represent multiple cysts. My gallbladder is normal. Can you help me what kind of clensing I need to do? I dont drink any alcohol at all. I exercise regularly I am 120 pounds and in good shape except that I have this terrible pain on my right side of my abdomen. Please help! to cure my liver?
