Re: sensitive teeth

hi Muttgirl,

same here. Have been OP-ing for about two months, 10 minutes every morning, everything according to the simplest protocol, sunflower oil, no extra additives. Had all the clean-teeth-benefits and the nice feeling in mouth and i found it was also very relaxing to start the day with. I even felt that the relaxed feeling stayed on during the day.
But then in the second month I could not help noticing that my teeth were getting more sensitive with every day. Cold or warm drinks were starting to be really painfull, biting on something hard was causing me pain.
When I stopped the OP-ing the pain was gone in two days and has not returned since.
Regretfully I decided not too do any more oilpulling and i also would not recommend it to anyone who has no particulair issues with dental health.
I did it out of curiosity and out of cleansing motives, I enjoy rather perfect health, so no miracles cures needed for me. Shame about the beautifull white teeth, but if I would venture to interpret, then I take the oil was taking some protective layer from my teeth.
But that is just guessing.

kind regards

OMRTA
