from my own experience ...

Yes, I did the same, moved up to 13 drops in a matter of week, and got hit severely
with nausea at about 12... I did not know about this forum at that point, only had a friend, who was taking the drops with me at the same rate.
We both thought it was essential to go up as quickly with the dosage as possible, so we sort of suffered through. It was really unpleasant and exhausting, but also very encouraging, as I could tell the body is purging at a high rate...

All that being said, once I found this forum on CZ, it was very helpful to read the consensus on taking the slow route versus the fast... So I finally settled now on 9 drops in the AM and 12 in the PM, and it does not cause any unpleasant symptoms at all, just a very mild nausea on occasions and lots of "butt pee" and plenty of bowel movement, liquid or solid (sorry if too graphic, I just LOVE the feeling of getting rid of all that ungodly stinky unimaginably putrid stuff from my body... I mean IS THIS WHAT I HAVE BEEN CARRYING AROUND IN ME??!!! Yikes!!! :)

It really is not necessary to make it "hard" (unless there is a compelling reason, such as cases of malaria to detox as quickly as possible)... you might have to suffer through today, till the next dose, and then check with your body, and see what dose would still feel effective, but "good" (as in - would not cause any discomfort).

My best to you on this journey, as it is so well worth it!!!
