Re: Claim Healing Part II
It holds alot for Curezone!
We need to realize that sometimes we can establish an illness by mentally claiming it as "our disease" and telling everyone around us , "I have _____ illness.
Instead of affirming the illness and thus encouraging our minds to accept it as a part of us, we must deal with it, yet not glorify the illness and give it the same credit as a personality trait. It doesn't belong in our bodies, so we must not encourage it to become established in our bodies even mentally. Deal with it but not dwell on it.
An example would even be the common cold. When I am coming down with a cold, I deal with it by doing anything in my power to "nip it in the bud" before it sets in.
Raw garlic, oregano oil, hydrogen peroxide, cut out sugar, you name it, I will attack the cold full force. What I won't do is tell everyone, "I'm sick; I have a cold", Because in my mind, I will not accept that yet. I have found that thinking with this aggressive attitude, as well as mentally not "accepting" the cold, that any infection that is trying to take a hold of me fizzles out after a day or two.
If I don't have that attitude, and go aroud wallowing in my cold, establishing it more within me by dwelling on it and abandoning myself to it, then I will probably have the dang thing for 2 or more weeks!
