haemangiomatosis and pulsar technology

I am looking for information that could help support a friend who has haemangiomatosis in the bones of her right arm. In this condition the bone is being resorbed more rapidly than the osteoblasts can regenerate it. Some people know of this a vanishing bone disease.
I have a Sota Pulsar at my disposal, and I am open to how this might be best utilized, as well as any other approaches that might help. I also have a couple of rife devices.
We are beginning to use a nutritional/lifestyle protocol that I would use with osteoperosis.
Thanks for any input.

May peace and joy be with you.
