gums and enamel

Hello all,

I would like peoples honest opinions on the best method of dealing with receding gums and if possible loss of enamel.

I have read some posts, and gathered information on possible methods of dealing with the problem. Please let me know which you know of that is most effective/best:
1. calcium therapy (CTI)
2. Tooth soap
3. Oil swishing, coconut oil (walnut, sesame)
4. Dr. Christopher's tooth and gum
5. IPSAB

For oil, I have hemp oil and oregano oil, are these better or worse than coconut?

From what I have read, these appear to be the best methods. I have also come across white oak bark, Vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, vitamin A and D are all important for receding gums. Drinking high pH and/or ozonated water, and rinsing with acidic water.

Again, please let me know of things you personally know that work for gum recession, and possibly enamel loss. I have emailed the calcium therapy people to see what products of theres they recommend.

Thank you for your time.
