Another author to consider...

I have also read many of Sylvia Browne's books and found them to be interesting but sometimes repetitive and wordy.  I like to get down to the real message and not have to read through lots of 'fluff'. 

Another author to consider is Douglas James Cottrell and his book 'Secrets of Life'.  It's available on his website http://www.douglasjamescottrell.com

He wrote the book during more than 20 hours of Deep Trance Mediation where he accessed the Akashic Record (same way as Edgar Cayce did).  The book is almost a verbatim transcript of the DTM sessions and here is a list of the chapters in the book:
