Re: How do you measure the meridians?

I am not skilled in acupuncture or acupressure, but I have gone to my chiro frequently, and she is licensed. She does a regular meridian accupressure treatment as part of my regular chiro visit, which is really neat.

I always ask her a lot of questiosn ... a skilled acupressure/acupuncture person can actually "feel" the flow of energy over the different meridians.

This may sound a little new-age, or hocuspocus-like to some of the more Science oriented among us, but it there really does seem to be something to it. She can tell if I have been having "this problem," or "that issue" merely by palpating my meridian lines and feeling where the energy flows are blocked.

And she can free them up too.

And the next time I visit, she can tell if all the energy is then flowing well...
