Re: Never order products from www.naturesstore.com

Wow, I just ran a Google on "complaints naturesstore.com" and looky what I found! I'm another victim of this guy's shabby business practices. I placed my order on 11/13. My items are Christmas gifts. I was taking stock of where I stand with my internet orders and realized that I'd never even gotten more than an order confirmation.

So I called him, and got the same bum's rush you folks have experienced. He was rude, and interrupted me, and seemed not at all concerned.

After I found this thread I called him back and asked if he was aware that a few of his customers had expressed their dissatisfaction on an internet forum. According to him, you folks are a "couple of Canadians" who have for whatever reason, decided to air your grievances publicly. He acted like there's no reason for concern. I pointed out that all of us have experienced basically the same lack of communication, poor service, and lack of courtesy.

He told me pretty much the same things you've all heard before: my products are on backorder, but they should be in next week.

I'm not holding my breath!

If you folk get your issues with him resolved, I'd appreciate it if you would post an update. Good luck!
