Are you really that surprised?

Really. He's an old man, I hate to be the one who puts it like this to you...but someone's got to! He's knock'in on the door of 70 and you honestly want him to spring into action like a newlywed? You knew he wasn't that good in the sack when you dated, but other qualities trumped the fact that he doesn't know where your clitoris is. Am I correct? Yeah, I'm correct. He's a gentlemen, he's a great provider, you have a good time with him, his kids love me, blah, blah, blah. He's a lousy lay. At least you're honest about the situation...that's a start! I give you a standing "O" for acknowledging an embarassing situation in your marriage and alerting the "authorities".

You're not going to change an old man. It's just that simple. He comes from a different time and place. That's the downside of jumping generations in marriage. I don't recommend it. For just these types of reasons. His generation was: Hop on her, ride her 'til I blow my wad, hop off and go to sleep. IF YOU'RE LUCKY!!! And here you are wanting some normal "give and take" sex, the kind he can't deliver, the kind he never learned, and you're expecting him to be something he's not??? Maybe, just maybe you ought to accept reality in the bedroom is what it is. Concentrate on his better qualities. Oh, I know others are gonna tell you to wrap yourself nude in saran wrap when he gets in from the field...but that's just movie garbage. I've tried it with my wife...doesn't work...lol! Just kidding, Geez...can't a guy have a few laughs at someone else's expense? Back on topic. If the guy was 50, I'd say you could do some things. A few things. He's almost 70, dear, that's another story. Focus on the good in Grandpa and, well...take matters in your own hand...if you know what I mean...
