Re: Is Cayenne any better for you than Oregano? Or vice a versa?

Few people have ever used cayenne essential oil and most people have used oregano essential oil. Oregano will cause a blister and if put directly into the mouth in a pure state, it will rob you of your breath and make you think your going to die. I suggest cayenne oil is about 100X hotter than oregano oil and it would kill you if you put in your mouth.

In the bath, cayenne powder is CHEAP and causes circulation. Pure Oregano is somewhat cheap when your only using 1-3 drops and it causes circulation plus you breathe in the vapors which is wanted by most.

I choose oregano oil because it is easy, better and no mess.
