Suspect Lymphodema on arm after Breast Cancer treatments

Hello
I had BC surgery almost 3 yrs ago followed by Radiation and Chemo.
I had a Lumpectomy and 11 nodes removed. I felt I have been very careful with the left arm and followed the guidlines given. It has not given me any problems until now. The other day I noticed the arm is swollen from the elbow to the wrist. I was taking down boxes of Xmas Decorations last week and did do a little ice chipping for about 10 mins. Nothing that seemed too drastic to me, but I'm sure that has caused the swelling.
I do use a homeopath and I'm going for a massage tomrorrow and will see what both have to say. I'm hoping I have not done too much damage and that I can reverse this problem. I know my massage therapist is trained in dealing with Lymphodema but I'm not sure how much to let her do as my family Dr is on holiday and won't be back for 2 weeks.
Thanks for listening and any information will be most welcome
Em
